Sami Cowger Promoted to Executive Director – Real Estate Advisory at Carlson Partners
Minneapolis, MN – [Jan 13, 2026] Carlson Partners announced today the promotion of Sami Cowger to Executive Director – Real Estate Advisory. The promotion recognizes top-performing advisors who demonstrate sustained excellence and leadership.
In her elevated role, Cowger will assume expanded leadership responsibilities, supporting the firm’s continued growth, advisor development, and client service initiatives.

Cowger joined Carlson Partners in 2022 and has completed hundreds of transactions totaling more than $145 million in value. She currently manages accounts across 22 states and the United Kingdom, representing prominent organizations including the Minnesota Timberwolves, Jack Link’s, Pediatric Home Service, vRad, FORTÉ, King Solutions, and Plunkett’s Pest Control. Cowger has earned several awards for her services.

Cowger is a graduate of Harvard University. In addition to being a Minnesota licensed real estate broker, she is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), and a member associate of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a designation in which less than three percent of commercial brokers reach. Beyond her commercial real estate career, Cowger is deeply involved in her community. She is the varsity head coach for Edina Girls Hockey and participates in the Edina Youth Association. Cowger is also a member of Team Women, a non-profit that helps women and girls realize career potential.
