In late 2014 a longtime Carlson Commercial client, APA Medical, reached out to Ted to inquire about a Minneapolis flex building they owned.  In 2004, Ted represented APA Medical to acquire the flex building to accommodate growth.  APA Medical was not fully utilizing the 5,600 sf space off Hiawatha, and was interested in selling if the right offer came along.  Enter Mike Hartman, our “git er dun” no matter what teammate.  Mike leveraged his relationships to find an all-cash buyer and less than 4 months after coming to market, Mike sold the building for 97% of the asking price.  APA Medical was thrilled with the seamless process that Mike led, from market research to negotiating and closing the sale.
