Leadership, Expertise, Tenant-Focused Model Fuels 80 Percent Year-Over-Year Top Line Revenue Growth for Carlson Commercial

Our rapidly growing commercial real estate firm has promoted three employees to senior-level positions.  Mike Hartman was promoted to senior associate. Tim Olsen and Eddie Rymer were each promoted to senior vice presidents. With more than 25 years of collective experience, they have amassed exceptional client service and deep industry knowledge that benefits Carlson’s growing tenant roster.

“These three people are masters at making strategic real estate decisions that put client interests first,” said Amy Carlson. “They understand the importance of guiding clients to smart spaces that fit their financial goals and their unique cultures, with maximum features and amenities to meet customer needs and retain employees.”

The promotions support Carlson Commercial’s strategic business approach of assigning each client a collaborative team of strategic real estate experts. The model has resonated extremely well within the marketplace. In 2016, Carlson Commercial achieved an impressive 80 percent year-over-year top line revenue growth and added 27 new clients.

Tim Olsen has been with Carlson Commercial for three years and has practiced real estate since 2005. He is an expert in tenant representation, specializing in industrial, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Olsen has earned many accolades for his tenacious work on behalf of clients.
