Ben Copeland Awarded Carlson Partners’ 2025 Advisor of the Year


Minneapolis, MN (Dec 11, 2025) – Carlson Partners is proud to announce that Ben Copeland, associate director, has been named the company’s 2025 Advisor of the Year.

Copeland joined Carlson Partners in 2024 and was honored as an Emerging Leader for his early impact. In 2025, Copeland completed more than $9.6 Million in transaction value across 126,000 square feet and successfully added new clients in the industrial, medical, and office sectors, providing expert tenant and buyer representation.

Prior to joining the firm, Copeland played professional hockey in the American Hockey League (AHL) before deciding to connect his experience as a leader in athletics, growing up and competing in Minnesota to commercial real estate tenant representation.

This recognition reflects Copeland’s commitment to exceptional client advocacy across every assignment while supporting Carlson Partners’ team-based approach to strategic real estate expertise.

Beyond Copeland’s professional achievements, he volunteers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where he dedicates significant time and energy to raise awareness and funds to help continue the mission of the organization. In 2024, Copeland was recognized as a Twin Cities Finest Honoree for his philanthropic efforts, community involvement and success in his professional role as a commercial real estate advisor. He is a licensed broker in Minnesota and an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
