For Stellar Industrial Supply, Carlson Partners delivered hands-on project management services for the relocation and improvement of an industrial warehouse facility in Eagan, Minnesota.

The project required close coordination across multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors. Tonya oversaw construction schedules, budgets, contractor performance, and decommissioning while prioritizing the functional requirements of Stellar’s industrial operation.

Through an organized and collaborative approach, Carlson Partners ensured a smooth execution, allowing Stellar to transition into a facility that supports efficiency, growth, and long-term operational success.

 

Bridge Tower Media – Finance & Commerce / Minnesota Lawyer

Carlson Partners provided end-to-end project management services to support Bridge Tower Media’s transition into a new, right-sized office location.

The engagement included planning and executing the decommissioning of approximately 10,000 square feet of existing space in downtown Minneapolis, coordinating the relocation process, and overseeing vendor execution for the new office environment.

The completed workplace supports collaboration, modern workflows, and an updated brand presence.
